Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Beanline's website, services, and messaging programs. By accessing or using our services, placing an order, or opting into messaging, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Beanline, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products and Orders

Beanline offers limited-quantity coffee products through scheduled drops.

All products are subject to availability and may sell out without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize Beanline to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and charged in addition to the product price displayed in text messages, emails, and on our website, in accordance with local and state tax laws. The final amount charged to your payment method may be higher than the listed price due to these taxes.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

No Refunds and Final Sale

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Beanline first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or refusal of future service.

Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and deliver orders in a timely manner. However, delivery dates and times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Beanline is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

Claims for lost or missing packages may only be submitted after seven (7) calendar days have passed from the original order date. Please contact hello@beanline.coffee to report a lost package.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Beanline, including marketing and transactional messages.

These messages may include:

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to make a purchase.

We comply with CTIA Messaging Principles, TCPA, and carrier requirements.

Email Communications

By providing your email address, you agree to receive transactional and marketing emails from Beanline. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link.

Account and Service Use

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice or liability.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and services, including text, images, logos, branding, and design, is the property of Beanline and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beanline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beanline from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mississippi, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
