We use third-party service providers (Twilio, Stripe, Airtable, SendGrid) solely to perform these services and require them to implement reasonable security measures.

Payment Information: Collected securely via Stripe; we do not store full card details on our servers.

Send weekly drop offers and related transactional messages (order confirmations, delivery reminders).

SMS Messaging and 10DLC Compliance

We use Twilio’s A2P 10DLC messaging to ensure deliverability and regulatory compliance. All recipients must explicitly opt in via a consent checkbox on our signup form. Marketing messages are sent once per week, plus transactional messages as needed. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from marketing messages, or HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-In and Opt-Out

Opt-In Consent: By checking the consent box and submitting your phone number, you authorize Beanline to send you SMS messages and notifications. Message/data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe; you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further marketing SMS will be sent. You may also contact hello@beanline.coffee.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not share or sell your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We only share data with service providers necessary to deliver our services, who are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, in accordance with CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.

Data Retention

We retain your personal and messaging data for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
